Randy Kray, AIA, OAA, is the leader of HOK’s global Science + Technology practice. Randy understands researchers and the facilities they need to solve the world’s most complex scientific problems. He is constantly rethinking the way complex science facilities work. With more than 20 years of experience in the strategic planning, programming and design of scientific facilities, he has planned and designed advanced laboratories for clients worldwide.
Randy frequently speaks at professional conferences and publishes articles on topics including the convergence of engineering and science, integration and efficiency, high-tech core facilities, accelerating the translation of research to product development, lab security and risk mitigation, and sustainable, high-performance buildings.
